Miss Amaro Spritz

Ingredients:

• 45ml Noble Bootleggers Miss Amaro

• 90ml chilled prosecco

• 30ml soda water

• Orange slice or lemon twist, to garnish, or if you’re feeling super fancy, skewered raspberries & mint sprig

Method:

1. Fill a large wine glass with ice.

2. Add Miss Amaro.

3. Top with prosecco and soda water.

4. Gently stir to combine.

5. Garnish with citrus and serve.

The rose lifts the aromatics, the cacao adds depth, and the bubbles tie it all together.
