Passionfruit gin fizz

60ml Noble Bootleggers Passionfruit Gin

20ml Freshly squeezed lemon juice

10ml Vanilla sugar syrup

1ml Superfoam

10-15ml Water

Top up soda

Garnish: Lemon twist

Add all ingredients except soda to shaker. Dry shake ingredients. Wet shake vigourously with ice. Double strain into a Collins glass. Top up with soda. Garnish with a lemon twist.
