2022 Release - Featuring the artwork of Lauren Starr Artist
Aged for 12 months in an ex STARWARD Whisky 100L Apera cask. Bursting with flavour, it features raisin, sultana and stone fruit on the palate. Only 17 bottles remain.
2023 Release - Featuring the artwork of Anna Fredriksson
Spending time in an ex American oak 100L Bourbon cask, it features Christmas cake, spices and vanilla on the palate.
Only 15 bottles remain.
2024 Release - Featuring the artwork of Squirrel Lodge Art
Aged for 4 months in a 300L Shiraz Hogshead from Tahbilk Winery, this release unfolds layers of dark fruit, warm spices, and subtle oak.
Only 11 bottles remain.
2025 Release - Featuring the artwork of Frankie O
Matured for three months in a Grenache-seasoned 220 L French oak cask from the acclaimed Mandurang Valley Winery, building layers of rich sultana, lush, spiced stone fruit, and festive indulgence that leap aromatically from the glass.
Only 8 units remain.
All are best enjoyed - on ice with fresh orange or in a tall glass with dry ginger/ginger beer and fresh citrus.
