Our much-loved Barrel Aged Christmas Pudding Gin is back for 2026, and this year we've done things a little differently.
Aged in a stout barrel from our mates at Co-Conspirators Brewing Co. in Brunswick, this year's release is the result of a rather delicious barrel exchange program. We've borrowed their barrel to work a little Christmas magic, and now it's heading back to the brewery for the team to create something equally tasty. A win-win, really.
Rich Christmas cake aromas burst from the glass, with luscious notes of chocolate, sultanas and raisins. The influence of the stout barrel brings another layer of richness to this festive favourite, making it a perfect addition to the Christmas table.
And because what's inside the bottle deserves something equally special on the outside, we've teamed up with local Bendigo artist Sarah the Painter, who has created this year's beautiful label artwork. A little bit of local creativity to go with our festive spirit.
Only 420 bottles have been produced this year, so once they're gone, that's it until next Christmas!
How we like to drink it:
Keep things simple. Pour over ice with a generous wedge of fresh orange or lime. Enjoy it neat, or add a splash of dry ginger ale or ginger beer for a longer, refreshing serve.
A little Christmas indulgence, best shared with good company.
