We’re kicking off this year’s masterclasses with a cocktail making session led by Kris and Dan from Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co.
It will be a fun filled evening where you’ll not only enjoy a guided tasting of Noble Bootleggers handcrafted products, you will also get to hear the stories and inspiration behind each one. Then watch as they are transformed into delicious mini cocktails for you to enjoy.

Taradale Mineral Springs Festival
The Taradale Mineral Springs Festival is on again for 2026! Recognised as one of the best family attractions in Central Victoria, the Festival will be held on Sunday 8th March, 2026.
For a $5 entrance fee (over 15’s), visitors can enjoy fine wine, diverse cuisine, arts, crafts, a classic car show, spinning wheel, a huge raffle and entertainment for the whole family.
All proceeds go to Taradale Community projects.
Adelaide Gin Festival 2026
Gin Events will bring you 45 of Australia’s most talented gin distillers to tempt your taste buds.

Join Victoria’s most exciting drink producers as they showcase the state’s best beers, wines, ciders, spirits and non-alcs under one roof at the Medallion Club at Marvel Stadium on Monday 28 July from 12 noon to 5pm.
After a hugely successful event in 2024, it's time to gather your team again to discover what's new and what’s trending in Victorian drinks and connect with key players in hospitality and drinks production.
This year, more than 200 producers are taking part – we’re talking wines from the likes of Syrahmi, ECK Wines, Dirty Three, Lethbridge and Mayer Yarra Valley, plus boundary-pushing liqueurs from Marionette, top-drawer beers and cider from Gippsland’s Gurney’s Cider, to name a few.
Drop in for half an hour or settle in for half a day to taste, network, learn and snack, with culinary delights from Lee Ho Fook.
This is a trade-only tasting event, exclusive to the hospitality industry. It's free to attend, and registrations are essential.

Australian Sheep & Wool Show
The Australian Sheep and Wool Show is the largest event of its kind in the world, drawing up to 3,000 sheep from more than 30 breeds across the country to compete in the show ring. Complementing the livestock action are around 400 trade sites featuring everything from high-end woollen fashion to agricultural machinery. The event also includes crowd favourites like shearing and dog trial competitions.
As part of Bendigo’s UNESCO City of Gastronomy showcase, the Festival of Lamb marquee celebrates paddock-to-plate excellence, with demonstrations on carcass breakdown and culinary techniques. Noble Bootleggers Distilling Co. will proudly be featured within the Festival of Lamb tent, sharing our locally crafted spirits as part of this celebration of regional produce and artisan skill.
