The next addition to our experimental whisky series has arrived - the PX Sherry Cask Release.
Aged for five years in two 50L recoopered ex–red wine barrels - PX-4 and PX-6 - both medium toast and seasoned with Pedro Ximénez sherry, before being blended together for perfect balance.
Filled wet, the result is a whisky that’s rich with stone fruit, super jammy, and layered with festive warmth. The palate delivers luscious sweetness and a silky texture, finishing long with hints of toffee and Christmas spice.
Limited to 200 bottles, with only 30 available online - once they’re gone, they’re gone.
